my pancakes on the thin side and not overly thick or fluffy too.

In the morning I bake some very
thin «smoked «bacon (
on both
sides, in a non-stick pan) and add the «
pancake» batter.
Heat a frying pan
on medium / high heat, melt some butter and add a
thin layer of batter and fry the
pancake for 1 - 2 minutes
on each
side until it is golden.
With a wide,
thin spatula, turn each
pancake over and allow to finish cooking
on the other
side (about another 30 seconds).
