Always spray your
pan with a little bit of nonstick spray
to keep your
pancakes from
sticking (Yes, even in non-stick
pans.
You need an adequate amount for greasing, because the chocolate in the coconut flour
pancakes might
stick to the
pan.

Warm coconut oil (I use a tbsp) in cast - iron
pan (you may need
to add oil in between

I just made these and loved the flavor, but unfortunately even under low - medium heat the
pancakes completely
stuck to the
pan and kind of formed into a mush (still very edible though!)
