I just baked these
muffins (complete with the pretty parchment
paper cups) this eve and also
made the mushroom farro soup.

I think next time I will just spray my
muffin tin with cooking spray and see how it works, but I am thinking that if I
made these to bring to work, etc., people might like the idea of the
paper cups.

cups for 20 years and my trick is to use a Turkey baster to distribute the melted chocolate into the
muffin papers first then put the filling in and do it again for the tops.

paper cups or silicon
muffin cups to
make these for easy release.
