Keeping a paper sleep diary can give people a bigger picture of when exactly they're going to bed, how they feel when they wake up, and what behaviors seem to affect — positively or negatively — their shuteye that night.
Among our favourites are her fibre drawings — wisps of blue yarn captured between paper and glass — and the small, very poetic diary entries in coloured linen, silk and cotton that she weaves each night before drifting off to sleep.
