We had it with rice, banana and coconut raita, Plum chutney and
pappadums.
I love its simplicity, and the fact that it can be eaten with just a light accompaniment of rice and
pappadums.
Serve with paratha,
pappadums or a mixture of breads and the tomato and red onion salad.
