If you find you're going long, you could switch to
paragraph style.
You can incorporate these in bullet - point format, like in your resume, or in standard
paragraph style.
A paragraph style summary outlines a variety of new skills.
The summary is a basic
paragraph style that is much more brief then a typical executive or high level manager resume.
As a matter of fact, the latest trends in CV writing 2017 will no longer feature
paragraph style resumes.
Is it written in a descriptive
paragraph style?

a paragraph style to the paragraph to further control the image's position.
When using InDesign, it's very easy to adjust the spacing before or after your words in the Indents and Spacing tab in
your Paragraph Style Options dialogue box.

For those who are familiar with the Smashwords Style Guide, you may be under the impression that
the paragraph style should be first - line indent or block, but never both.
I haven't mentioned using the block
paragraph style here because as a reader it makes my blood boil, but use either it OR first line indent.
Manually change
the paragraph style to 0 % instead of 8 % (or whatever you set for the indented paragraphs) to create any non-indented paragraphs (or stand - alone, non-centered lines)-- like the first paragraph of the chapter (which you would have set as a first paragraph style in Word).
This will bring up a dialog box where you can name
the paragraph style (e.g. heading, subheading, text, captions, etc), and further define the details of the style.
Paragraphs should have indents, but those indents should be put in with a first line indent in
the paragraph style, to ensure all indents are done consistently.
(This tells InDesign everything with
that paragraph style applied will be included in the ToC.)
In the dialog box, select your heading / title text
paragraph style under the «Other Styles» list and select the «Add» button to move it across into the included paragraph styles.
Break Document at
Paragraph style: You need to check this and use your headline style.
If you have a style set up as a headline, with the keeps set up to start on the next page, the ePUB will start a new chapter when you use
that paragraph style.
You find this choice in the ePUB Export Options dialog box: Break Document at
Paragraph Style with a popup menu to pick the style.
Underneath the «Styles in Table of Contents» section, you need to select which
paragraph style you want the ToC to be set in (my entry style is set to «body text»).
Within this dialog box you can also edit the title of your ToC (mine is set as the default «Contents») and
the paragraph style you want your ToC title to be (mine is set as «heading»).
Paragraph style and structure.
Instead of using the center button to center text, it's more reliable to use a centered
paragraph Style in Word.
Just remember to limit the number of
paragraph style to only a couple to insure a smooth transition with their publishing software.
You will have to create a custom
paragraph style for it and style it the way you want it, preferably using a monospace font.
Instead, modify
your paragraph style to add a 6 pt trailing «after» space following each the paragraph (see Paragraph Style in a later post).
That's your standard, non-indented first paragraph that's virtually a given in all print books and ebooks (even if you change it later, you'll want a first
paragraph style that's easy to change).
Improper Indents — Don't use tabs or space bar spaces to create first line paragraph indents (instead, code
your paragraph style to define a special first line paragraph indent: see Paragraph Style in a later post).
