Line a 9 by 5 - inch loaf pan with 2 pieces of
parchment paper so it hangs
over all 4 sides (and you can easily lift out the
bars later).
Place the coated
bars on a drying rack
over a piece of
parchment paper.
Using the
parchment paper, gently lift the
bars out of the baking dish and spread cream
over the top of the
bars, slice and serve.
