Seitan is the protein
part of wheat flour, also known as gluten or wheat gluten.
Grain flowing into the stones becomes very thin, flat flakes which integrates
all parts of the wheat immediately into the flour, allowing the flour to have more flavor.
Grinding the oats into flour lets you substitute the oats for
part of the wheat flour in a recipe; or, if you have oats that are marked as free from gluten contamination, use the flour instead of wheat flours in recipes.
Wheat germ contains loads of protein — as it is an inner
part of a wheat grain (in a natural environment this part serves as a food for the growth of a wheat grass), and wheat bran is outer shell of the grain and contain loads of carbohydrates and fiber.

a part of the wheat family.

Given that wheat germ is

As we have found with gluten — isolating the protein
part of the wheat and consuming too much of it, has caused huge health issues for many people.

Not exact matches
A better place to invest R&D dollars might be in turning crops, such as corn,
wheat and soybeans, into headrests, door panels and other

In place

But I have a few friends (and a few readers — but I count you all as my friends as well) who are gluten free or
