WASHINGTON, Nov 6 (Reuters)- U.S. small businesses stepped up hiring in October, despite uncertainty brought by a partial shutdown of the federal government, a survey showed on Wednesday.
But despite the partial, temporary federalhiring freeze imposed by the president during his first week in office, there will be a Senior Executive Service hiring blitz in 2017.
