on the issues and in their
partisan alignment, because of
interests, convictions, and opinions
on which the Holy Father is quite incapable of achieving some measurable effect.
In our country, the highly
partisan political atmosphere we have established does not allow any room for cross party consultation
on matters of presumed national
interest.
My
interest in this whole issue comes from the fact that if our law courts especially the highest court in Ghana, Supreme Court that is supposed to be final place in the country to deliver justice to all manner of persons regardless of one's political affiliation, religious beliefs, ethnic background etc in a just and fair manner is now seen to be turning into a place where citizens of Ghana who may belong to certain political affiliations do not feel confident or have trust in their handling of critical national issues in view of some of these «

on the part of some justices, then where would we be heading towards as a country?

partisan ding - dong by any means and was all very consensual and pleasant — especially
on the changes wrought by recession, which will heighten the importance of volunteering and community (and therefore the third sector, though it was
interesting to hear Maude state very clearly that «there are of course no good effects of a recession», not wishing to fall into the Lansley trap), and mean money from charitable donations is likely to dry up.
At a moment when there is
partisan deadlock
on critical issues facing the nation, New York State has transcended political
interests to do what is right for the 1.1 million children whose future depends
on a good education.
