spaghetti western hero, cocky but with a deeper layer of dissatisfaction and restlessness.

Spaghetti theatrics directors like Sergio Leone (The Good, the Bad and the Ugly) and Sergio Corbucci (The Big Silence) practically invented, the movie's most obvious comparison might actually be the works of playwright Tennessee Williams, the scenario at hand owing more to Cat on a Hot Tin Roof than it does Once Upon a Time in the West or Shane.
It may shock many that I was never a John Wayne fan (an actor I felt always played every
part, the same way), but loved the classic films of Audie Murphy, Clint Eastwood's
spaghetti -
western series and of course THE MAGINIFCENT SEVEN.
