Maybe if Nintendo wasn't the only company to exclude an achievement system for no reason, people like me wouldn't buy our non-exclusive third
party games on other platforms, even if content wise they're the same game.

With only one Wii U
game, Nintendo needs something to fill the massive booth
on the showroom floor, and typically a poor year for one
platform means good things for the
other, in terms of first

Monster Hunter and RE Revelations aren't inferior ports, that's why they sold good enough
on the Wii U. Resident Evil 6 skipped the Wii U because it's different from

game was a fun pick and makes me wish Mario
Party: The Top 100 was coming to a
platform I would actually play multiplayer with
others on in 2017.
Switch is also less well - served with what are called «third
party»
games (i.e.
games made by
other publishers that appear
on multiple
platforms), including big titles such as Destiny, Grand Theft Auto, Star Wars Battlefront and Call of Duty.
While Skyrim is going to be releasing a while after the actual launch titles of the Nintendo Switch, and will be just one of the many third -
party titles that are going to be coming to the console among the steady stream of
games reputed to come for it, hopefully the Skyrim Nintendo Switch port will be just as good
on the Switch as it is
on other platforms.
Since then, the Rayman franchise had fallen into despair with the resources being used
on Rabbids
party games and endless remakes and re-releases of the first three
games on other platforms.
Serious Sam
games were also released
on other platforms such as Palm OS, GameCube and Playstation 2, and they were developed by 3rd

party release, launching at Christmas, unlike November 17th release of the

Compare with the DS / 3DS, which has very strong 3rd -
party support; nobody who owns a 3DS owns only Nintendo - made
games, and the console is a haven for unusual titles and genres that struggle
on other platforms.
Nintendo has stopped short of making its
games available
on other platforms, but the more third -
party games that support cross-platform play with PC and Xbox means more
gamers are exposed to
games they might not have played.
It's possible that Scorpio could see Microsoft taking a page from PC gaming's playbook — focusing less
on exclusive titles, and more
on offering a powerful
platform that will run third -
party games better than any
other console.
