The recipe calls for homemade lemon curd, but I cheated a bit and brought home
some passionfruit curd from work.
I mentioned before that this cake has four different parts: chocolate chip cake,
passionfruit curd, chocolate crumbs, and coffee frosting.
That being said, when the frosting is combined with the cake, chocolate crumbs,
passionfruit curd, and mini chocolate chips, the coffee frosting is absolutely lovely.
