The recipe calls
for passionfruit pulp (make sure it's a natural one), honey, banana, pineapple, water, strawberries, kiwifruit, mango and coconut flakes.
If you can't get your hands on fresh passionfruit then you could use a can of
passionfruit pulp instead, just check the ingredients list to make sure it doesn't have added nasties in it!
Meanwhile, make the passionfruit curd:
whisk passionfruit pulp, eggs, egg yolks, sugar, salt, and lemon juice together.
Instead of any syrup or sweeteners I added a little lemon juice and
passionfruit pulp as these combine so well with the berries and add an extra flavour dimension.
Of course we chose the most extravagant one on the blackboard, my ultimate favourite, «I Am Passionate `... Mmmm they flood it with loads of organic
fresh passionfruit pulp before serving.
Passionfruit Cheesecake Filling & Frosting 2 cupa cashews, soaked 1
cup passionfruit pulp (fresh or frozen — approx. 12 fresh passionfruit) 1/2 cup coconut milk (or nut milk of choice) 1/3 cup rice syrup (or pure maple syrup) 2 Tbsp lemon juice pinch Himalayan pink salt 1/2 cup coconut oil 2 tsp pink pitaya powder (dragon fruit) to colour the frosting
If you don't have passionfruit in season and you can't get your hands on any
frozen passionfruit pulp, you could substitute in raspberries for a similar tangy flavour.
Transfer to a bowl along with lemon juice and
passionfruit pulp (tip: pulse passionfruit once or twice in a food processor or blender to release pulp from seeds, then strain through a fine mesh sieve to separate seeds).

Pour into a bowl and carefully fold in
the passionfruit pulp.
Apple Tropical Juice 3 apples 1/2 a lime 1/2 a pineapple 1/2 a passionfruit For best results stir in
the passionfruit pulp after the fruit is juiced rather than putting it in the juicer.
The recipe: 2L lemonade, 1L ginger ale, 1L pineapple juice, 1 cup cold tea, 1 small can
passionfruit pulp, lots of ice.
