past few months have been really hard on me with things going on in my
life outside the
blog.
A lot has happened in my
blog life and also in my personal
life in the
past 4 years, and even tho my personal
life had big influence on my
blog life, I'd rather just talk about my
blog life at this time.
Today is a little bit
past the one year mark from my first
blog post, but it marks exactly one year from the day I went
live with my
blog and sent an email to all my friends to ask for their support, haha!
I wasn't intending to take these 2 weeks off from the
blog but with traveling the
past 3 weekends, juggling work, and other
life things — I just didn't have the time.
One of the things that I have loved most about having this
blog over the
past six years is I've been able to use it as a way to document the major things going on in my
life, I've been able to document my personal style at the time, my likes, my dislikes, my
life happenings, and I've even been able to use it as a place of self - reflection.
From graduating high school a year early to working full time before even graduating college to starting my own
blog and digital marketing consulting business to kicking ass in my career to moving cross country from NY to LA + creating a home and
life for myself that I absolutely LOVE... these
past 25 years have truly turned me in to the woman I am today ♥
I'm anxiously anticipating Kevin's arrival tonight (he's been on short, Midwestern, «warm up» tour with his band for the
past week), so while I (anxiously) wait for him, I thought I'd
blog about our trip to the Country
Living Fair in Stone Mountain, Georgia.

Because of the way things have evolved in the
past year or so, I've found myself gathering a lot of information, and forming a lot of opinions, in two key areas: firstly,
life purpose and career design (the original subjects of my coaching practice and this
blog) and latterly, real food, cooking and ancestral health (as a result of my own dietary experimentations and my work with clients — and as one of the original contributors to the Paleo Diet News website).
