To turn it into a

dish I added tender pieces of chicken and chewy bites of
pasta along with fresh baby spinach, roasted red peppers, Parmesan cheese and Italian seasonings.
Many Italians do eat
pasta salads, though it is
more of a modern twist... I love those beautiful tomatoes and the colours of the
dish that remind me of my flag!!
Lately, though, I've discovered a love for the simple, humble vegetarian
pasta dish, and I find myself serving it
more frequently to my enthusiastic eaters who don't seem to mind the absence of any meat (well, maybe they do, but they keep quiet about the fact).

I love
more meat in these types of
dishes, but I like to have a little
pasta with my meat, lol!
This
dish may have broken my attachment to
pasta as a comfort food — all of the flavor and texture I love, but far
more nutritious.
i added in the arugula (and spinach) to the
pasta and let it wilt, then also served the
pasta over a bed of spinach for
more of a salad - style
dish.
I'd place the leftovers into a microwave / oven proof
dish and either use the microwave to reheat or add a little liquid (
more pasta sauce or a little water) to prevent
pasta from drying out and cover and heat in oven.

more than that eliminating wheat flour and
pasta from a
dish to even cook a gluten - free meal at home.
Then he told me the «recipe» had no ingredients it was just boiled un seasoned meat and
pasta piled on
more carbs I had to decline the request to «cook» something like this, then I found out out they were so poor growing up their parents had fooled them into believing that eating boiled unseasoned meat with
pasta and potatoes was some kind of
dish.
My only complaint is that it required quite a few
dishes, between the food processor and the multiple bowls and the saucepan for the cheese sauce and the large pot for the
pasta (phew), but really this is probably
more just me being lazy than an actual issue for most people.
Try it with
more than just
pasta — it will be a pleasant surprise to your diners on their pizza, with potatoes, or in chicken - based
dishes.
