"Pasta water" refers to the boiling water that is used to cook pasta.

Place the cup
of pasta water in the blender with the squash and the 1/4 c. heavy cream, and puree until very smooth.

pasta water in a large mixing bowl along with two - thirds of the sun - dried tomato pesto.

Just before spaghetti is done, about 3 minutes, add broccoli to
pasta water with pasta while it finishes its cooking.
You can use whatever hummus you like or have at home, then just adjust the consistency with a little bit
of pasta water for a creamy sauce.
If the mixture is a little dry, add desired amount of
pasta water until it's the consistency you'd like.
May I suggest setting aside some Of the
starchy pasta water to add to the sauce instead of hot water to stretch it out?

Add a couple tablespoons of hot
pasta water if needed to thin things out if needed.

boiling pasta water for about 3 minutes while the pasta is cooking.

for pasta water, grilling meats, and can be ground up for baking or used for salt crusts.
