You just do a quick search for women you're interested in and contact 5 or 10 of them using the copy and
paste emails in my
system.
While there was some possibility of manipulation of the electronic signatures using the OzEnrol
system, a similar risk existed for signatures on forms faxed to the elections office (since the signatures might be cut and
pasted onto the paper faxed, without detection, to say nothing of faxes generated by computer) and for signatures on documents scanned and submitted as PDF attachments to
email to the election office.
Be forewarned that copy - and -
pasting a cover letter into the body of an
email message may destroy the formatting, making it difficult to read for an employer who may have a different computer
system.
Even if the reader didn't use an ATS
system he was still at a disadvantage because they wouldn't be able to easily copy and
paste his
email address.
Though the text - based or e-resume layout removes most formatting, it is easily uploaded or
pasted into employer resume databases, and maintains the same format in all
email systems.
A properly formatted ASCII e-resume allows you to cut and
paste your resume into the body of an
email, send it over any
email system in the world, and be sure that your resume will look the same no matter where it is sent.
Having a plain text version of your resume also makes it easy for you to copy and
paste your resume into the body of an
email or into a message field in an online application
system.
