Spoon about 1 to 2 tablespoons of the spinach mixture in each puff
pastry square.
Working on a cutting board, cut a puff
pastry square in half, and work with one half piece of dough at a time.
Lightly brush all four of the edges of
each pastry square with water.
And I put mine on puff
pastry squares with fontina cheese and pesto.
Place half of
the pastry squares onto the prepared sheet pans.
Spoon 1 1/2 tablespoons of the preserves onto
the pastry squares and cover with the remaining pastry squares.
Cool to room temperature before spooning onto the prepared
pastry squares.

The process is simply to cut a sheet of puff

squares, saute some diced apples in some spices, vanilla, and sugar, put the apple filling in the puff
