pastured butter and coconut oil, which have their own health benefits.

We melt the
butter with garlic and
add plenty of sea or Himalayan salt, we don't brown since our
pasture - fed
butter is so rich in flavor and browning will burn the weight - loss promoting CLA fatty acids.
For your recipe, take 3 cups of your sprouted, fermented grain,
add 4 organic
pastured eggs, 3 -4 tablespoons grass - fed
butter or coconut oil, 2 teaspoons baking soda and 1 tablespoon vanilla.
I have
added it to my morning coffee, which I make «Bulletproof» by blended
pastured butter and * MCT oil.
Adding whole foods like
pasture - raised eggs and grass - fed
butter to your diet in moderation can actually keep your weight stable, hormones balanced, and arteries healthy.
To the final product, I
add a
pastured egg, gobs of
butter and coconut oil, a dash of salt, coconut flakes and a sweetener.
I eat an excellent diet (will be
adding the liver and COl) but I eat
butter, coconut oil, eggs (
pasture raised), Grass Fed & Finished beef,
pasture raised chicken, ALL organic veggies and fruits and all for years now and Absolutely NO GMO food of any sort.
Bulletproof coffee:
adding coconut oil or
pastured butter or MCT oil (medium - chain - triglycerides) to one cup of coffee....
The three I would recommend to
adding first are grass - fed
butter,
pasture - raised eggs, and wild - caught fish if you choose to consume meat.
