and animal welfare / food production standards) without giving up some of our favourite animal products too.
While oven is heating,
mix in a
mixing bowl: 1/4 cup melted coconut oil, 1/8 cup almond flour, 1/4 cup protein powder, 5
pastured eggs, a teaspoon of sea salt
and a teaspoon of baking powder.
To start you'll need almond flour, almond milk,
pasture raised
eggs, coconut oil, canned coconut milk, blueberries,
and cinnamon as well as a large
mixing bowl, a wooden spoon, a large skillet
and rubber spatula.
