I attempted these tonight and can't see how you only get 12
patties out of the mixture.
Not exact matches
With the
mixture, form 6 small balls, before heating up a tsp
of the sundried tomato oil in the griddle pan on a medium heat, add 3
patties to the pan at a time, pushing down on them to flatten them
out to a burger shape.
Scooping
out about 1/4 cup
of the
mixture at a time, use your hands to form individual
patties.
Using your hands, scoop
out about 1/3 cup
of the
mixture and form into
patties.
Dip
out 1 tablespoon
of the meat
mixture, being sure to include some
of the egg batter in each spoonful; place in a pan, forming a small
patty (you can cook 4 or 5 at a time).
Scoop
out 1/4 - cupfuls
of mixture and flatten into about 1/4» - thick
patties (they will plump slightly when cooled).
