Typically, what I've seen is that church groups start off in some space like a school auditorium
where they just
pay for the
time they use, move
on to
rented space in a strip mall and finally, when they can afford it, set up their own facility.
But at the same
time, in those places
where they're working but can't afford to live, there are people
on salaries of # 40, # 60, # 80,000
paying sub-market
rents and living in council houses.

In situations
where you can not
pay rent on time, or it is very difficult, it might be worth talking to your landlord to see if late payments will be accepted.
