It is interesting to see that REMAX corporate owners of remax.ca does not have to follow the same rules that it's brand users who are brokers or agents as dues

CREA chose to reduce the obligations attached to using the REALTOR trademark, a decision they made for CREA's own corporate financial benefit to ensure as many registrants as possible could use it's trademark and then
pay CREA licensing fees.

I don't know about other provinces but here in Ontario we have to deal with and
pay CREA, RECO, OREA (for education) and TREB, never mind insurance and other expenses.

CREA spawns so much professionalism in the persons of here - today, gone - tomorrow dues -

They're missing the far greater opportunity for cooperation among all kinds of world - class major league partners who would gladly
