Let's hold a contest between all those to who hold differing religious (or atheist) views to see who can be the most
peaceable, kindest and do the most good for humanity and then declare everyone to be the winner at the
end.
It's a central matter for me that I originally used in The
Peaceable Kingdom (University of Notre Dame Press), namely: if you worship a saviour who
ended up on a cross, how can you think you're in control of your life?
Winn understands about the match between means and
ends, and understands that peaceful
ends require
peaceable means.
