peaceful) guns and all will
work itself out in time!
With
parents working long hours, schedules packed with school, after - school activities, and other lifestyle factors, naps are missed, bedtimes are pushed back, mornings start earlier and nights may be anything but
peaceful.
But if you talk with them honestly about regretting having hit them and ask for their support as you try to move away from using threats and hitting to control their sisters and trying to
work toward a communication - based,
peaceful parenting style, then your sons will begin to learn that maybe hitting children isn't they best way to raise them.

All in all, the main message that I took away from the talk from Dr Lanky, in relation to child anxiety and separated
parents, is the need for more self - compassion and compassion for each other, as
parents, so that the children experience their
parents working together in a positive, constructive, respectful and
peaceful way ensuring that the children feel loved, safe and secure, despite the major changes going on in their lives.
Whether the
parents are arguing over child custody,
parenting time or other issues, Ann will
work towards a
peaceful and mutually agreeable resolution.
