This is a smaller format book, which is
filled with beautiful

peach and raspberry smoothies, acai bowls, lovely turmeric blends, lots of green combinations and of course lots of tips and tricks too.
This
recipe keeps it very simple, using sweet and tart apricots and ripe
peaches to create a well - rounded
filling inside of a crisp, flaky pastry.
The
recipe said to fold the pie
filling into the cake mix, but I didn't want chunks of
peach throughout the cake, so I actually pulsed the
filling in the food processor before adding it to the cake.
While the book is
filled with
recipes I'm looking forward to trying (Cinnamon
Peach Skillet Rolls, BLT Mac and Cheez, and Chocolate Strawberry Cheesecake Cups), what I really love are all the little treats for the reader, which are peppered throughout the book.

For the
filling:
Recipe adapted from Butterlust -3 medium
peaches, sliced - 6 oz of blackberries - 1 - 2 tablespoons honey - 1 teaspoon bourbon - 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon - 1 teaspoon vanilla - 1/4 cup almond meal - 1 egg beaten with 1 teaspoon water, for egg wash - 1 teaspoon honey mixed with 1 teaspoon bourbon, for brushing after baking What to do 1) prepare the pie dough at least 2 hours ahead that way it has plenty of time to chill.
If you would have tried this
recipe you would have noticed that 2 medium - large
peaches are more than enough to
fill 12 small brioches like I did, but you are free to use as many as you wish, there are no restrictions.
This
peach cobbler
recipe has less sugar than most because I made the
filling with agave nectar.
I
filled the cookies you see here with homemade chocolate raspberry jam, tangerine vanilla marmalade (so lovely: the
recipe is found in here), Meyer lemon curd, and
peach rose petal jam (I promise to share this
recipe this summer... it's amazing).
