as satisfying without a bun, I decided to experiment a little with flavours and made these Chipotle Chicken Burgers with Fresh
Peach Salsa.
This easy
peach salsa is the perfect summer appetizer, and it is great on chips or
as a topper on grilled fish or chicken.
Salsa lovers are used to finding fruit (
peaches, mangoes) in their dips, so this version should come
as no surprise.
Meals may begin with selections from the Antipasti, and Insalate offerings, including highlights such
as the Poached Lobster withricotta, candied cashew, and
peach; Roasted Octopus with taggiasca olive, potato, and
salsa verde; Prosciutto di Parma and Burrata with wild arugula, aged balsamic; and Pizza varieties like the fresh porcini mushrooms and gorgonzola cheese, or Calabrian salami, and olives, to name just two.
