I know I've made a gluten - free
banana and chocolate
banana bread before, but this time, I've swirled some lovely
peanut butter to the batter
and poured a pecan praline sauce
on top because why not?
It's well worth rustling up all the ingredients for these decadent oats; one bite
and you'll wonder why you never tried drizzling maple syrup
on your
peanut butter and banana sandwiches.
I had quinoa
on hand so used that, only had 2
bananas, so added a couple spoonfuls of
peanut butter and did half maple syrup
and half honey.
With an ample dose of protein
and flavor - packed
peanut butter, a touch of honey for sweetness,
and some sliced
bananas, chia seeds,
and honey drizzled
on top, these
peanut butter,
banana,
and honey steel - cut oats were the healthy but still special weekend breakfast bowl of my dreams.
I love
banana bread,
peanut butter,
and Nutella all
on their own, so combining all three of them is simply amazing.

and frozen

banana bread batter
on top, the jam oozed out all around the sides / top.
This vegan
peanut butter and jelly
banana bread is super easy to make, but unfortunately when testing the recipe, I made it about as difficult
on myself as possible.
The flavors of
bananas and peanut butter are perfectly balanced,
and you may hardly detect the
banana at all depending
on what nut
butter you go with.
In place of toast with
peanut butter and sliced apples or
bananas on top.
This
banana bread is my favorite (sorry don't tell the other
banana breads here)
and it is made with THREE Justins» products:
banana chips, honey
peanut butter and mini dark chocolate
peanut butter cups
on top.
Just to be
on the safe side, though, I packed two loaves of homemade
banana bread, one zucchini bread, enough power bars for my son
and me to completely live
on, trail mix,
and peanut butter and almond
butter... just as a safety backup.
I love

on bananas, in yogurt,
and frozen.

My son opted to have his filled with

and flax seed with a touch of powdered sugar sprinkled
on top.

Peanut butter,
bananas and peanuts are whipped together to create a nutty spin
on the traditional
banana bread.
But,
on this particular day, I switched it up
and had a slice of avocado toast
and another slice of toast with
peanut butter and bananas.
I rested a bit, made a snack (
peanut butter mixed with almond milk, frozen
banana,
and granola),
and then mustered up the energy to go
on a walk.
Honestly they'd be great even just with some
peanut or almond
butter spread
on top, or if you want something sweeter
and super easy, just mashed
banana would probably be great!
Peanut butter (use any nut
butter),
banana and honey sandwich
on a whole grain bagel thin, cheese stick, a clementine, sliced carrots
and cherry tomatoes.
I added a layer of
banana cream pie filling for a bottom layer, then chilled it long enough to firm up,
and then added the
peanut butter / cream cheese / whip cream filling
on top.
They have all of the best flavors —
peanut butter, hazelnut spread,
banana,
and chocolate, all stacked up
on a RITZ Cracker.

And each of these quickie breakfasts are accompanied by a power drink made up of milk, protein powder & a fruit.
So I went to work changing them up to be similar
and reminiscent of those
peanut butter cup filled
banana cookies
and I threw all the ingredients together
and am so happy with how they turned out
on the first try!
As far as the lunch
and dinner when I was
on my cleanse, I ate
peanut butter banana smoothies when I was hungry before dinner
and then for dinner I would have black beans
and rice or a couple of sweet potatoes.
So... I went
on ahead
and made the blondies with 1/4 cup
bananas and 1/4 cup
peanut butter.
In a high powered blender (such as a Vitamix), blend the
banana chunks, almond milk
and peanut butter on high speed for 20 - 30 seconds (or until smooth).
I made a
banana cake with
peanut butter frosting
on my 26th birthday last year, so this is kind of like the reverse,
and sounds even more delicious!
So I went to Jamba Juice,
and instead of ordering my usual strawberry,
banana,
and a scoop of
peanut butter smoothie, I decided to live
on the edge
and try a GREEN smoothie!

and vegetarian sausage [they told me to pack
on the protein to help with my milk supply]

and soy milk (I brought my own almond milk as well)
I've been toasting up two slices every morning, slathering them with
