the peanut butter balls because they are turning GIGANTIC in the oven.

I honestly only made these nut free
because I didn't want to waste my
peanut butter, which is what I usually use when making energy
balls.
I must admit those
peanut butter protein
balls really saved my day,
because they are lower in fat than dark chocolate or my superfood chocolate candies that I used to grab so thoughtlessly.
However, I'm posting them anyway
because they're insanely delicious and remind me of the classic
peanut butter balls, or buckeyes, my mother - in - law makes each year for Christmas.
I think this may have effected the consistency of the dough
because when I rolled the dough over the
peanut butter balls, it was crumbly.
I actually own two of them
because Katy likes to help and my kids really love
peanut butter balls!
