It went from this beautiful creature to not chocolate pumpkin bread with reese's
peanut butter chips then back to this loaf, because the trifecta of chocolate and pumpkin and spices is just the greatest.

Lately my favorite snack has been taking half of one of these High Fiber Low Carb wraps, coating it with a light layer of organic
peanut butter, sprinkling on a few semi-sweet chocolate
chips,
then warming it for about 15 seconds.
Take graham crackers and lay on cookie sheet, add crunchy
peanut butter,
then cover with mini-marshmallows,
then sprinkle with a few chocolate
chips — OR red hot candy (as the original recipe had red - hots instead of chocolate
chips).
It's a very basic recipe: basically a flourless
peanut butter cookie (I make a lot of these types of cookies), with mashed bananas as a filler, and oatmeal to make it healthy (yes, I believe if it has oatmeal
then it is healthy), and dark chocolate

So when the Sunday Supper Movement put out a call for pies I was stuck but
then I started thinking about what type of pie I would like and this
Peanut Butter Chocolate
Chip Pie was created.
I made a half batch of the traditional version with marshmallow creme and chocolate
chips,
then topped that with a batch using a half cup
peanut butter instead of chocolate.
She
then told me there were
peanut butter chips in the cookies, Duhhhh!
