for peanut butter + coconut oil frozen chocolate cups (which reminds me of the giant backlog of recipe pictures I have hanging around my iPhoto library eek) and this is the perfect fall
version of that!
A few non-holiday
versions of this cookie that came to mind while making these... how about a sweet
peanut butter filling in place of the peppermint - then giving the cookie a dunk in melted chocolate
for a coating.
I was making the cinnamon vanilla
version and that is amazing but I bought 4 kg of
peanut butter from my natural foods co-op and was looking
for ways to use it when I saw this recipe.

butter version for those with an allergy.
