flour so used a mix of

I would do regular 1:1 gluten free
flour next time and increase the

So after reading this this morning I went downstairs, made it (minus the
peanut butter, using blueberries instead of raisins, and using coconut
flour instead of shredded coconut), stuck it in the fridge, and just had it for dessert topped with PB&C o. cinnamon raisin

i combine the
peanut flour and almond milk separately and then added that to the buckwheat (it wasnt heated, just room temp), last i added the chia seeds and stirred them up together
so the seeds could «gel» everything together.
I added 3 tablespoons almond milk and it was way too watery
so i had to increase my protein powder to 1 scoop, coconut
flour to 1.5 tablespoons and added 2.5 tablespoons
peanut flour to bring it back to the right consistency.
