I'm all about EASY, so I skipped the mixing of the ingredients one at a time with the
peanut sauce and
just mixed it with the
noodles and arranged the other ingredients on top, leaving extra sauce on the table so everyone could add as they wanted.
This is a variation on the sauce I used for my 10 - minute Raw
Peanut Noodles, but a mini batch,
just enough for these rolls.
