peanut butter is
really expensive, I tried with home made
peanut butter (I drained all the
oil to thicken it) and they are perfect.
I use it raw, or cooked with vegetables, soy sauce or
peanut butter, and sesame seed
oil, depending on the flavor I want, to make a
really tasty carb - conscious stir fry.
But
really peanut oil is awesome for baking if you don't have problems with it.

I know we do a lot of high intensity workouts together, so today I wanted to slow things down and show you another style I use to train that
really fires up the intrinsic stabilizing muscles of the hips, butt and core - those muscles that support our posture, alignment AND sculpt those dangerous curves:) You can do this at home with a couple jars of
peanut butter (or coconut
oil, or light dumbbells) for props like I am - I had to eat some to even out the jar weight LOL.
Grapeseed
oil is
really pricey, and
peanut oil is often diluted with canola or or another vegetable
oil to make it cheaper.
That's one thing I
really like about using coconut
oil with raw / no - bake treats... it's the key to making them harden which is the case with these
peanut butter cups.
I
really love the crunch of the chia seeds, the rich creamy coconut flavor of the coconut
oil, and the savoriness of the
peanut butter.
