The curry and
peanut sauces here are good like that.
My wife made something very similar to this a couple of weeks ago, but sauce was lacking something,
this peanut sauce here sounds like a HUGE winner!

Here is a list of ingredients appearing in some nefarious chilis (but not ours): Almonds, aquavit, avocados, barley, bitters, carrots, celery, Coca Cola, coffee grounds, corned beef, currant jelly, curry powder, goose grease, horseradish, molasses, mushrooms, olives, Parmesan cheese,
peanuts,
peanut butter, pea pods, raisins, sake, spinach, water chestnuts, vinegar, and Worcestershire
sauce.

here it balances perfectly with soy
sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil, altogether a great counterpoint for crunchy Chinese broccoli.
