I was actually thinking of trying to convert a recipe for making a tarte tatin by cooking the apples in a cast iron frying pan with 6Tbsp butter and 1 / 2cup sugar (thought I would try honey to make

pecan crust
over the top and baking for 30 min.
Pull the cake out of the refrigerator, place the reserved pretty slices of sautéed apples and decorate the top, once the
caramel has cool down a little, pour some of the
caramel sauce all
over the cake drizzle all edges and sprinkle with the toasted
pecans.
For this
caramel pecan cheesecake dip add 1/4 cup chopped
pecans to the top and drizzle 1/4 cup
caramel sauce
over the nuts.
Pour the
caramel over the pretzel and
pecans.
Once chilled add
pecans, drizzle

caramel sauce and then add chocolate shavings to complete the look.
