of nutrients and fiber in the

potatoes youre gonna love this style AND you keep all the vitamins and nutrients in the dish instead

However that only applies to the tough outer
skin; the fleshy inner part

of nutrients in the
skin I don't want to lose, but if you'd prefer to
peel your
potatoes, do so before you boil them.
Solanine is present in
potatoes, especially in the
peel (
skins), and may cause neurological symptoms in some dogs and varies as the quantity
of solanine varies widely.
Relieve your peepers:

More and more
