Another thing that's important and sometimes overlooked by females is to find
a pelvic floor specialist and physical therapist who can help you.
That being said, contact
a pelvic floor specialist if things just don't feel «right».
Perineal massages can be great in the weeks leading up to your EDD and we tell all of our clients to see
a pelvic floor specialist at least once after the baby is born to get a personalized assessment of some exercises you can do to help with your recovery!
