If I was not on my
blog, I was on
Instagram engaging with
people, getting into conversations and getting to know
people.
When I started my
blog and
instagram account last year I started following way too many
people, some because of their food, some for their lifestyle or creativity, some for the aesthetics... but recently I realized that I spend so much time scrolling through my feed, comparing, feeling bad about my work, my life or simply not good enough that I decided to unfollow quite a few of those accounts, keep only the ones that make me feel good and positive and to focus more on creating, shooting, baking, styling so basically all those things that make me happy and fulfilled and being the reason why I started doing this in the first place!
I force myself to eat three meals a day — in fact I start with oatmeal every morning and often I find myself looking at food
blogs and
instagrams of all these other
people eating exotic grain / nut / fruit combos for breakfast and thinking I should be more healthy like them!!
Keep a journal, follow
blogs and
people on
Instagram who inspire you to eat and be better and for recipe inspiration.
We're constantly bombarded with articles,
blog posts, celeb stories, news reports, studies and images about what mothers should look like and be like and say and do and wear and buy and how we should feed our babies and where and when they should sleep and when they should do each thing and when we should do each thing and how we should be angry at
people who don't chose our choices and how many
Instagram likes we should have on each photo and you know what?
I've been following your

Aw man, I just joined a comment pod, I don't know if it's started yet but I'm in facebook follow for follow threads and it's so draining, I know the

The reason why I decided to even bother putting it on the
blog is that when I put this coat on my
Instagram stories video, most
people LOVED it because the coat is so photogenic.
I can't wait to see how
people celebrate on

But as we all know, that's not what the blogging industry is about, I started to lose those connections I had with my readers, I missed
blog chats & general twitter conversations with my blogging friends, I lost out on
instagram because I didn't spend time engaging with
people who were taking the time to like or comment.

people asked me this question, from 2013 to today, on my company,
Instagram, Snapchat and on the fashion
blog phenomenon (and not only).
Unfortunately many
people think that because you have a
blog, an
Instagram account and / or a youtube channel, they have the right to judge or give opinions on something that they really have no idea about.
Some
people are opposed to giveaways, and sure you may drop a few followers after they realize they didn't win the prize, but I think the loss is worth the gain because giveaways expose my brand,
blog, and
Instagram to more
people!

Instagram is one of the funnest way to connect with

Sure, I'll see stats and numbers that
people have read or seen my posts either here or on social media... but those moments when my
blog stats drop, I don't hear feedback from anyone online or in
person, there are less «likes» on
Instagram posts, no one comments, readers unsubscribe from my email list, or I lose followers... it stings.
I more than likely won't
blog about the conference afterward (too many
people don't like reading that type of post) so if you want to see how it's going, make sure to follow me on
instagram.

I've already been connecting with some other bloggers and beauty enthusiasts on Twitter and
Instagram, and it's been absolutely lovely, so I'm really looking forward to meeting more new
people both there and here on the
blog.
Some
people prefer to follow my
instagram account rather than following and subscribing to my
blog so it gives those
people the opportunity to shop my looks easily!
I started an
Instagram Account first to see if
people were even interested in me posting outfit pictures then once that started taking off, I started the actual
blog portion of Loverly Grey in April / May of 2016.
People were posting their opinions on Facebook, Twitter,
Instagram,
blogs, online dating profiles, and anywhere else they could make their voices heard and let others know where they stand.
Establish an author platform (again, months or maybe even years before the release of your book) through a
blog / website and sites like Twitter, Facebook,
Instagram, etc. and create a network of potential readers and other
people in the industry through your author platform who are likely to want to know about, spread the word about, read and / or buy your book.
The easiest opinion for
people to agree with was that
Instagram and travel
blogs are often shallow and unrealistic.
If you find out how
people get the inhaler - tubes to stay in their nose so long, or you've perfected the most graceful canalboat exit, please let him know on his
blog or
Instagram.
I did point out to the author of the list that
people of color travel too, and i referred them to NOMADNESS I think that it is up to us to share more our own travel stories, through social media, if you do not
blog then
instagram, twitter, tumblr, whatever But also you have to admit, the media is more favorable towards certain
people, this color dominate advertising, and major news stories, that is just a fact we may have to deal with
I was amazed with the well wishes on here, on Facebook and on
Instagram from
people I never even knew knew me if you know what I mean... plus the lovely Beach Cottage ladies who have been with me since I started this
blog have been here for me... the emails too....
