I would think as
people stay in NK who are extremely IR they would tend to vary their diet and drink sodas, thus kicking them
out of Ketosis without realizing by being complacent.

ketosis claim that certain artificial sweeteners contained in diet drinks put them
out of ketosis.
Also, it doesn't hurt to cycle in and
out of ketosis for most
people, and may be beneficial.
It works very well for some
people, but not everyone, and others find success by cyclically going in and

of carbo perday] in order to transition the body into a state
of nutritional
ketosis, using ketones not glucose / insulin for energy generation; however, it is not intended to be a permanent such state but rather for the dieter to gradually add in carbs; however, is one added in only up to the limit, which varies from
