I've always maintained my stance that Arsene Wenger loves French players in his team than any other players.No matter how average you are once you're French and once you're in the first team he tends to give you so many chances to prove yourself.I can start mentioning them if you want me to but I know you know them.If Lucas Perez was French he wouldn't have been out so early believe me.I just don't know where to begin.Was Giroud bought to become a super sub or to be the leading striker?Having giving us many sesons of failure people are now content with him being a so called super sub.A player like Giroud is not built for that kind of role.He ws a super sub in 99 % of those matches because he was not played when he was supposed to and we needed presence in the air.The funny thing is people are using only this season to label him as a super sub.There were so many matched that Wenger should have started Giroud but for some reason didn't start him.I only see Arsenal as the top club who'd be crying over Giroud.If a good offer comes we should sell.

I even thought top clubs were in for him.Some three or 2 seasons back many here were debating why he should be our main striker.As soon as you mention any other strikers name people would come out with stats and many things defending him.Even Wenger has defended him blindly in the past.People say Wenger's stubborn yeah.But don't we know that there's a reason why everything happens?Honestly speaking he's the reason why Arsene Wenger has failed to sign a top notch striker because he still believes in him.The funny thing is we signed Welbeck at that time who to me did nothing before to be the main man here.People keep saying Welbeck is hardworking and that he works his socks off.But the question is was that our reason for signing him.Welbeck being signed to challenge Giroud tells me a lot about Giroud's quality.Even Walcott (no offence to him) who has zero CF qualities was even chosen over him for a string of games and all in all I think he did well but has too many defeciencies for that role.We've compromised as a club and it'll come back to bite us.

Failure shouldn't necessarily be blamed on transfers.It's part of the reason but is not the only reasons.Other clubs which can't even buy like Arsenal have won very good trophies.Even at those times we were in debt we had a good team capable of winning the EPL or winng some of the smaller trophies.But we just went on trophyless.Now we are almost debt free and we are promised glory but honestly we don't even have the hope of glory.The only thing that can save us is renewal of the mind of the manager and board.That will bring a positive change.It's only insanity to keep doing the same thing and expect different results.We have a lot to prove out there to the world because the greatness of Arsenal has really gone down in the face of the world.They only see us as a team with good football that's all.The world doubts us and we have a point to prove.The values of a club is as important as winning trophies.If not Arsenal wouldn't have been this top club that people talk about everyday were it fpr only values or trophies.They go hand in hand.However, to the world trophies are very important and that fact can not be hidden.

The people running the club are only interested in money so getting out of the group is guaranteed extra money.

However I really believe that certain people on the board were suspicious of Dein and maneuvered him out of the club whilst exploiting his introduction of Silent stan.

The vitriol people give Wenger and the club is embarrassing, while we true fans have no doubts that he's capable of producing a title winning side again (emphasis on the again because its worth noting he's achieved it before), it's not something that can be ruled out with the level of arrogance some are keen to display like you.

I don't really blame any of those players at all, first mistake from Wenger was his team selection and secondly wrong players in a wrong position,, its quite sad with all their mouths and boasting of starting the season strongly and aiming for the league just a waste of energy and wishful thinking, am putting the whole blame on Wenger, where is Belerin, why Ozil, Cazorla played out of positions, you should know their weaknesses and strength as a coach, why must we pass and pass to score a goal, many opportunities came from shooting distance but the players will always be looking for the next person to pass the ball to, its quite unfortunate that a big club like arsenal is relying on a scrappy Giroud to lead an attack of a team aiming to win the league.

In other news, our team seems to be rounding nicely into form, with a productive off - season and several new additions already settling in, there seems to be a renewed sense of confidence in the air... our well - oiled machine has conducted business again early this year, so we can just sit back, kick our feet up and watch all those other suckers scramble to make panic moves in the 11th hour... of course, we need to tie up a few loose ends but our team of savvy negotiators, under the tutelage of our faithful leader, will perform their usual magic with ample time to spare... I have to laugh when I look around the soccer world and see all those teams look upon us with envy and scorn as they struggle to mimic our seemingly infallible business model... thank goodness the powers that be had the foresight and fortitude to resist the temptations of the modern football era... instead of listening to all the experts and simply taking the easy way out by making the necessary improvements on the field and in the front office, we chose the path never traveled... we are truly pioneers in our field... sometimes you just have to have faith in the people that have always conducted themselves in a respectful and honest fashion... most fans aren't so fortunate, they will never know what it's like to follow a team that treats everyone in and around the club as if they were an extended member of the family... all for one I say... so when you wake up this morning, please try not to gloat when you see rival fans pacing back and forth waiting for their respective teams to pull the usual panic buys, just say nothing and be thankful that it isn't you... like I've always said, this is why you stay the course... this is when the real benefits of having someone in charge for over 2 decades really pays off... have a great day fellow Gunners

What I don't understand on here sometimes is how people can possibly think you can pad out your squad with a «who's who» of world class players — unless you are going to pay these stars # 150K - # 250K to sit on the bench then they are not hanging around for long — and even if they do stick it out, they are unlikely to be properly motivated or have a lot of love for the club.
