It's a savory pie with a beautiful golden brown crust and inside
slices of ham are layered with eggs, chopped green onions, grated parmesan cheese and lightly spiced with crushed red
pepper,
along with salt and
pepper.
She cooked up some chicken with a caribbean jerk rub, then topped the rice with the juicy chicken,
along with
sliced red
peppers, shredded carrots and chopped scallions.
Along with the eggplant, I roast a red
pepper, tomatoes and

Slice the green bell
pepper into strips and place on a flat baking sheet
along with the cherry tomatoes.

slice the reserved cooked carrot and toss into soup,
along with some of the chopped or shredded chicken you made in the last step.

Marinate some red onion, green or red
peppers and zucchini
slices along with it and then grill th the tofu
slices until they are crisp on the outside.
Slice 2 tomatoes and add 1/2 of each tomato on top of each salad
along with a garnish of black
pepper if you like.
Chopped crisp Romaine lettuce is tossed liberally with tomato, red bell
pepper, chickpeas and thick
slices of provolone,
