I do not think the public
perception of the legal profession includes a «sense» of the profession being early adapters to change or visionaries especially, when it comes to affordable pricing policies.
The negative public
perception of the legal profession is somewhat ironic.
It lends too much credence to «mitigating factors» and ignores the harm to the public's
perception of the legal profession.
There is an attack on the criminal justice system and on constitutional principle; these attacks are being made by people with huge fortunes and access to the media and the opportunity to diminish the perception of the Bar,
