An exhibition of installation work with an accompanying performance programme conceived by Sam Falls will open tonight at The Kitchen, New York.
KM - Künstlerhaus has got a packed night tonight, featuring an exhibition by Philipp Timischl, a book presentation by Sax Publishers, and a performance at 8 pm by Lonely Boys.
The Merce Cunningham Dance Company visits UC Berkeley for two performances, including tonight's presentation of «Biped,» a 1999 mixed - media piece co-commissioned by Cal Performances, and Saturday's show of «Interscape,» which is performed against a painted backdrop by Robert Rauschenberg.
To celebrate opening night of the 2nd Annual LA Art Book Fair tonight (Jan. 30) at The Geffen Contemporary at MOCA, the online art journal East of Borneo — published by CalArts School of Art — and The Box Gallery present free performances on the KCHUNG Radio Stage, including West Coast experimental noise collective The Los Angeles Free Music Society (LAFMS).
