in the Armory Square
neighborhood, that SIDA [Syracuse Industrial Development Agency]
gave to the developer, they're far more valuable and there's a longer
period of time before taxes are paid on the improvements.
If You Live
in a Subdivision - If your home is comprised of similar or identical floor plans, built
in the same
period, simply look at recent sales
in your
neighborhood subdivision to
give you a good idea of what your home is worth.
