The course program consists of practical and theoretical part,
daily students improve the level of
personal practice of yoga and
meditation, listen to lectures on philosophy of yoga, learn methodology of traditional techniques teaching, detuning and correcting in asanas, learn how to work with beginners, children, pregnant women, elderly people.
Since a
personal practice is held to be the foundation from which to deliver mindfulness skills in the clinical setting,
daily meditation practice, mindful movement and a half - day retreat are essential components of the program.
Consistent with the teachings of MBSR and MBCT, I maintain a
daily personal practice of sitting
meditation and mindful movement, as well as holding the intention to carry mindful awareness throughout each day.
