pharm companies are making HUGE adjustmens to the pricing of these drugs when being sold and distributed to people here.
A pharmaceutical company can fudge their results but if the medication is harmful or ineffective
the pharm company stands a chance at huge losses and civil suits as well as reputational damage to company image and loss of employment for the fudgers.

companies & funds (mostly in the US & UK) can sometimes be a fruitful sector to examine — stocks can pop up with net cash that actually exceeds their market cap!
