your phone near your bed, or the way you sleep makes it difficult for your phone to pick up your movement.

We go on barefoot hikes all the time... we use an EMF meter to make sure there are no electrical fields around our
bed... we turn off the wifi (actually don't have wifi but you do, so turn it off at night)... put your
phone in airplane mode and make sure that there are no electronics (nor lights) anywhere
near you.
Wife also makes her patients turn off their wifi routers at night, leave their cell
phones out of the bedroom and remove electrical devices within a 12 foot radius of the
bed (one's pillow should also not be
near a power outlet).
Phone charger with extra long cord — Everyone said that there weren't any outlets
near the hospital
bed, so it's best to bring along an extra long cord.
A power point
near the
bed is a necessity in my book because my
phone is always flat at the end of the day and I like to keep it close while on overnight charge with the alarm set.
