While the original ticket was just for myself, and the credit was supposed to be as well I'm pretty happy that another helpful Delta
phone rep issued tickets for me and my family, using up the credit on a quick 4 day trip we planned up to the PNW.

Repeatedly, I am told «we have to escalate» and repeatedly, I am back on the
phone with some useless customer service
rep who is asking me to explain the
